Shout-0ut to Samuel and Vernon

I want to give a big thanks to Samuel and Vernon for jumping on a problem encountered today at the DMV in Alaska. I was missing a form; the one called the declaration form certifying the trailer is road ready and compliant. The DMV agent first told me I would have to go to US Customs to get it, but then read the rules again and said it could come from the manufacturer. I called Escape. Vernon faxed form but it didn't come through. I called Escape again. Samuel picked up. He emailed the document just before closing time. I got the trailer registered and titled. Only took two visits to the DMV (they needed to see the trailer to check the VIN so back home I went) and 4 hours total today, but it got done. Thank You!

He may have already.

At the rally Samuel was telling me of an email they received thanking him for his help with a problem. It made his day.

It's the old, fast to criticize, slow to thank situation.
