We have the solar tireminder system. Haven’t had a flat since we installed it, so I don’t know how it works when a tire goes. I do have one tire that loses pressure slightly in storage. It reminds me of that every time I hook up if I haven’t taken care of it.

I find that having it reminds me to check on the tires more often than I did before I had it, not less. But I spend less time hunched over the tires.

It is interesting to watch the temperatures rise as we get under way and the difference between the sunny side and the shaded side of the trailer.

It did not warn me that one of my tires was wearing excessively, but that’s not its job. I noticed that on my walk arounds while refueling.
