We purchased the original 17' cover that Escape Industries used to sell. They brought them in and then had them customized locally to fit. It was pretty expensive at the time, I believe around $650. It was very well made and lasted about 5 years. While at Escape Industries we saw the generic cover they were selling for $250. (At the time, they only one cover that only fit the 17' trailers). We've had it a couple of years and it's in good shape. Yesterday my husband washed it with a pressure washer and accidentally got the nozzle too close so now there's a dime size area where it's worn. We already had plans to go to Chilliwack and buy another couple to put away.
The original cover we had was very accurate in fit and fairly roomy. We could even fit it over the storage box! This new one is a tighter fit and doesn't cover the storage box but it's worked out very well. One thing to remember - make sure the door zipper is completely up when you want to open the door or it could catch on the door.
