2004 17B Escape trailer with bathroom

Hello,

We are getting ready to sell our sweet 17B. So, this isn't the full post yet. But wanted to put it out there now. We purchased it from the second owner in May 2021 and drove it across the country with our Honda Pilot. It is a great camper, but due to our relocation and circumstances, we sadly need to let it go to another.
We are located in the Metro DC area in Northern Virginia. We have the title and it is registered and has plates.

Some of the upgrades/work in May-June 2021. I will post more when I have more time:
- All four new tires
- New battery
- A new gauge on the propane tanks
- New Plexiglas mirror installed on the bathroom door
- Bleached and cleaned the manually retractable awning
- New 2x 10' RhinoFlex hoses, one never used
- New Valterra EZ adjustable hose tube installed
- Anti Sway bar mounting installed
- I cleaned/sanitized the entire water system
- I washed all the foam/cushion covers
- It had a full check up for any issues in spring 2021
- I have all the paperwork for all the work that was done on the camper

Has:
- two propane tanks
- AC
- double burner stove
- double bed/dinette
- single bed/single dinette
- nice amount of storage
- top vent fan
- small top vent in bathroom/shower
- screen door, folding

We haven't used it for a few months, so the battery needs to be charged up, which we are going to do this week. The battery is brand new, so there's no issue there.
We drained the water for the cold weather, but it doesn't get too cold here, so when the weather warms up, it just needs to be filled with water. The only issue is the fridge door hinge is cracked, it works great, freezer works great, just swung open hard during a trip so it pulled it off the hinge. It doesn't need a new fridge, but I am looking into getting a replacement door for ease of use.

I will post more pictures soon and listing price and more details soon.
Please message me if you are interested.

Thanks

Four new tires for a 17B? 2 spares?
