2006 17B for sale in AB

Hey there, sadly we are selling our 2006 escape 17B ( our family keeps growing). It is in good condition and everything is in fine working order. This unit has the 4 person table which converts to the double bed and the two person table which converts to two single bunks. It has toilet /shower, fridge, 2 burner cook top, furnace, outdoor shower, hot water tank, dual propane tanks, led interior bulbs and a Maxxfan. The tires are good as is the canopy. It has new roof vents and rear stabilizers as well as a modified tube which actually can hold a standard sewer hose ( the original one could not). The trailer body is in ok condition. It had a fiberglass repair by the last owner close to the door which didn't 100% match the gel coat. Overall minor cosmetically and can only been noticed up close. Will log onto my computer to get some pics up. Priced to sell before I have to store at $10,500 firm. Also comes with Reese anti sway hitch. This has been an amazing trailer but we need something more suitable to our family.
