I have a question about your AC. It looks like it is in the cabinet on the inside? Is it just installed there and vented to the exterior?

I believe that’s how Escape did the AC on these units back in the day.

Yes. The AC unit is above the refrigerator and vents outside.

The earlier Escapes had it in a cabinet above the fridge vented outside. I preferred this as they are quieter and a lot cheaper to replace if need be. I used to own a 2007 17B.

Casually looking for a new 19' in the Ontario area.

I wonder if one could go into the microwave cabinet on a 15. I'll have to ask.
