Camper has always been stored inside during the offseason. Original owner and non-smoker. I will also include wheel seals and new brake kits for each wheel. Camper is very clean. It has a small area above the fridge that the laminated wood paneling has come off. It also has some holes drilled in the wood around the cabinet above the fridge form when I installed a microwave. The PVC tube that stores the sewer hose has damage and needs replacement. The awning has holes where it mounts to the camper and will eventually need to be replaced.
