2011 Escape 17b Excellent Condition $24,000 CDN

My wife and I are the original owners. The trailer is very clean and well maintained - no pets, no kids, non smokers. Because of health issues we regret that we must sell our beautiful 17b. It was made in the fall of 2011 and we picked it up from Escape in April 2012. We enjoyed it for 7 summers (2012 to 2018) mostly in the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley Region. We estimate that it has traveled less than 3000 miles in all. In the off-seasons it has always been covered. The tires/wheels have been removed and the trailer supported on jack-stands. All cushions have been removed and kept in our house. From the Fall of 2018 to the present time it has not been used but we have still maintained it's various systems.
We live in Surrey, B C (the Greater Vancouver area).

Options, Upgrades and Add-On Devices:
3 Burner Stove (white) and cover
5 cuft Fridge-2 way (propane & 110 volt)

Forgot I still have the Equalizer Hitch, so am adding that to the included options. It was rarely used since we towed with a pickup. If towing with an SUV it could come in handy.

Also, this week I tested the specific gravity of each cell of the two original 6 volt Interstate batteries and all cells are in the green (good) area of the float. The batteries have never been deeply discharged and water levels have always been maintained with distilled water. I believe they will give good service for several more years if maintained well. In the past I had a Costco deep cycle battery used for powering an electric trolling motor. It lasted for over 15 years.

Hi Jerry
Here is a list of the standard features that came with the 2011 Escape 17b. Keep in mind the options in my initial post replace a standard feature listed below ie: 5 cu ft fridge replaced standard 3 cu ft etc. Yes it has stabilizer jacks in all 4 corners. Sorry no bathroom window but with the vent in the bathroom roof we never felt the need for the window. I understand that ETI can install very reasonably. Also no solar but with the two batteries and being conservative in power use we could easily last a week with power to spare.
The cabinets are Oak and very well built. The Photos don't do justice to how good the cabinets look and how much storage space there is.

2011 Escape 17b

Hi,

I was wondering if you have cross-posted this ad/trailer on Craigslist? (And if your daughter is handling that post for you.) I am just doing my due diligence, as there are so many scams out there.

Thanks,

Nicole

I sent a reply but I don't see it in the posts.
Anyway, yes my daughter is helping us to sell the trailer. We understand you are coming to view the trailer around noon today.
