2012 17b, us$18,000

Underused and gently used. Used only in 2012 and 2013, and less so in 2016. Built with most options.
In storage, indoor, or covered per Reace. Washed and polished with 303 Aerospace Protectant each spring it was used and before it was put away. Stored on jack stands every year with tire pressure reduced.
Furnace and awning never used, no more than 20 meals on the stove. Maybe a dozen showers taken. Cannot remember setting it up except with shore power in a campground.
Hate to sell it, but should have sold it sooner. It’s the greatest trailer camper bar none and Reace and Tammy continue to be remarkable. But our traveling lifestyle doesn’t fit it. We are a retired, non-smoking couple. When we travel, we like to move every day or two, and eating out is one of our pleasures. We also like tours (Road Scholar, etc.).
Permanent real bed/mattress, with external/internal access storage underneath. Custom drawers below fridge, four-hook panels mounted by ETI to left of door as you enter and right of shower door. Custom fabric for cushions and window valances, coordinated rug. Dogs slept in van except for 6-8 nights total in camper, always on the floor.
Options:
—additional window over sink
—air conditioner
—aluminum rims
—additional break lights above rear window
—bicycle rack ready
—dual 6V batteries
—dual propane tanks with regulator and cover
—equalizer hitch with sway bar control
—hitch wheel
—exterior access hatch (rear passenger side)
—two LED porch lights (pass and driver’s sides)
—stainless steel sink and chrome faucet
—thermal windows and extra insulation
—TV ready
—TV arm (HDTV included)
—raised fridge with two drawers underneath
—permanent bed with real mattress (48”x76”) (no rear dinette)
—two-way hot water tank
—sewer adapter
—spray foam insulation under trailer (without heat pads)
—two pair 12V and 110V outlets (at bed for CPAP, second on front side of closet for microwave or coffee pot)
—two LED reading lights over bed, driver’s side
—Formica walnut quartz stone 6219-58
—forest green graphics
Miscellaneous equipment: microwave oven (free standing, used on top of closet), HDTV, torque wrench, ETI outdoor mat, one pair jack stands, wheel chocks, leveling blocks, hitch lock, drinking water hose, blow plug, 1 1/16” socket to drain water heater, brass inline water pressure regulator, 25’ 30 amp power cord, 50 amp to 30 amp adaptor plug, Surge Guard RV power protector, fridge fan, fridge storage bars, etc. ETI Tekonsha brake controller from my Toyota van if you want it.

Does it have gaucho bunk for the front dinette, or is it gaucho bunk ready?

Gaucho Q.

No gaucho, only single bunk conversion with the table top fitted into the space between the seats and cushions for a mattress.

Is your Escape 17B still available?

Where do you live?

Thank you.

Did you tow using your Toyota van? I have a Sienna and was thinking I'd need to purchase a larger vehicle. Thanks!
