Wow! If someone wants a "Tammy & Reace" classic 19 that is very well appointed and available on the East Coast this is it! This won't last long.

Thank you ,
I like to keep my things maintained the best I can. I find it is cheaper in the long run though, I prefer to do my own work most of the time, since the parts are usually not really expensive the labor is what gets most people. I now must go edit to add a few things that have been done and forgotten about.

Thank you,
I do not see many here on the East Coast, as much as I have traveled the Northeast and West to Ohio and Minnesota I can count on 1 hand how many I have seen on the road or in camp grounds. Though , it could be because I usually boondock out in the willy wags so a lot of the time there is no one within a few miles lol.

Forgotten Mods_Maint_Common_Questions

Hello All ,
I have several interested parties and some common questions have arisen along with me remembering mods while talking with those parties. So here we go:
Forgotten Maintenance:
AC unit Start/Run Capacitors replaced: 2019 , condenser coils cleaned.

Forgotten Mods:
Bathroom door vented to allow draw through air for humidity control.
Bed Area Dry Mat https://www.defender.com/product.jsp?id=1818021 to keep any moisture from building up under the mattress.

I may or may not recall other mods in talking with folks, as someone I can't remember who said, this getting olde thing is not for the young lol

Not a mod but a convenience I have all the manuals that came with the camper in a 3 ring binder but I also have them on a USB thumb stick and another thumb stick with various mod pictures. It makes things easier to have the manuals if needed out in the willy wags with no cell / wifi .

The common thread questions:
I towed the camper with a 2011 Toyota Tacoma V6 4x4 Sport up 7% percent grades etc with out any issues. The Mpgs at their worst were 9mpg up steep hills with AC on. The Tacoma only has firestone air bags in the rear to prevent bouncing the truck or the camper when hitting deep dips on the roads in the northeast, along with a larger than stock OEM transmission cooler.

I have towed it with an HD2500 Full size 4x4 Diesel 8 foot bed since 2021 . The truck does not even know it is there. I say this, as it is my opinion it can be comfortably towed with a vehicle that has a min tow rating of 6k Lbs. I had to explain to one interested party their vehicle with 5k Lbs tow rating would likely struggle to tow up hills when the camper and vehicle were loaded.

I have been asked why many parts were changed this year. I am proactive in keeping things maintained. Over the years I picked up various parts knowing they would eventually fail from age, use, weather etc. Instead of just handing them to the new prospective owner since they would be of no use to me. I felt it was better to just install them as I had planned to when needed.

The camper is being winterized today so if your interested and come look keep that in mind. Yes I can fire up the AC , Microwave, Heaters. However, I do not want to de-winterize and then re-winterize the water system over and over again with each viewing. I can flip the pump on for a few moments with no problem but that would be it until there is a firm purchase commitment.
