2012 Escape 19 for sale, Portland, OR $24,500
Hi - we have a 19’ - been kinda of waiting for this Covid-19 stuff to resolve before listing for sale. Please let me know (PM me) if you would be interested and we can schedule a time in a few weeks to take a look as we are being cautious about COVID-19.
Anyway, here are the details:
2012 Escape 19’ for sale:
We use this wonderful camper as a base camp for cycling, kayaking, and hiking at PNW campgrounds about four to five weeks a year. Most trips are to the coast and central Oregon. We store it under a carport as did the prior owners. Pet and smoke free. I’ve read on this forum that the classic Escape 19’s weigh about 1,000 lbs. less than newer versions. Most people think it is a new camper.
Includes from ETI factory:
-high lift axle
-95W roof solar panel with dual Interstate 6-volt batteries
-LED interior light package
-LED porch light
-LED exterior light package
-Extra insulation package with thermal windows
-Additional window over sink
-Remote start propane water heater
-Cabinet door under bench seat hinged on left
-Drawer under wardrobe closet
-Large refrigerator
-AIr Conditioner (roof mount)
-Built-in propane heater
-MaxxFan powered roof vent
-Three interior 110v electrical outlets and one exterior outlet
-Exterior shower
-Bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower
-21 gal. fresh water tank, 21 gal. grey water tank, 11 gal. black water tank
-Two twelve-volt outlets, one at dinette and another by queen bed
-2” rear hitch receiver
-Removable 30 amp power cord
-Extra high additional LED brake lights
-Oven with 3-burner cooktop
-Kitchen hood/exhaust fan
-Fold-down side counter
-Pre-wiring for a microwave and stereo
-Exterior propane quick connect
-Stabilizers with sand pads
There is also a small aluminum tongue storage box ideal for storing hitch gear, wheel chocks, and levelers.
In March of 2018 we took it to Escape to install venting kitchen and bath windows, a powered bath exhaust fan, and the new design kitchen exhaust vent. Escape also performed a complete trailer inspection which included new caulking/sealing of all windows.
Updates include a new stainless steel sink with residential faucet, new 1,000 lb. tongue lift jack (more stable), newer batteries, new CO detector, new wheels and new USA made Goodyear Endurance tires, new front window cover latches, new Escape front vinyl/foam rock guards, new propane tanks and hoses, new awning fabric, new stainless steel entry door hinges and replacement of most hardware with stainless steel.
Sale would include an Anderson WDH system (about $700 installed), wheel chocks, 30 amp to 15 amp cord adapter, Starbright PTF ‘wax’ and other maintenance items, and a complete owners manual. Current Oregon registration tags and title in hand.
I did remove all the decals except for the Escape logos (I think it looks cleaner and there are fewer decals to fade, crack, and peel in the future).
This camper is in remarkable condition and the price reflects this at $24,500 USD.
Possible package sale with a 2013 Ford F-150 4x4, supercab, 5.0 liter engine, factory tow package with mirrors, tow-haul mode, and factory trailer brake controller. Only 33,000 miles. All service records.

I am considering making the jaunt from Newport Washington. Are you taking appointments in a couple of weeks?

I am interested in your trailer. I live in northern CA, so not too far. Can we talk?

Does your trailer have the surge protector built in? Does it have an inverter? Does the solar panel have a control panel inside the trailer? Thank you. Patricia

Hi Patricia,
Hi Patricia,
The trailer does not have a surge protector or inverter. We used a small portable inverter to charge our laptops. The Sun Power solar charge controller is located inside built into a cabinet. Just an FYI, the solar system and dual batteries worked so well that we never had to plug into shore power while camping.

Interested, would like to schedule a viewing. I'm in Forest Grove and available pretty much any time to come out and take a look. Can't figure out how to PM though; not familiar with how these chat boards work sorry!

Sold - we’ll certainly miss our beloved Escape 19 - the perfect size for us. I’ve also enjoyed this Forum and learned a lot from everyone, and had a few laughs along the way.
