2013 Escape 15A - Modified - $19,500 USD
Hard to find 2013 Escape 15A with additional dry camping factory modifications. Loaded with options, but without a bathroom to make more space, more light and less weight.
Very good condition with less than 5000 miles. We loved the option to access the more out-of-the-way sites and forest campgrounds for the quiet and privacy they provide. We are sad to sell, but health issues make it necessary. Maintenance performed at the Chilliwack Escape factory and Evergreen RV in Seattle. Clean with no damage to the interior or exterior (exception: repaired grey tank vent cap).
Smoke and pet-free at all times. Always stored under covered roof. Pulled by a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder (equalizer hitch not needed). Located in Lynnwood WA, near Seattle.
Included Options and Additions:
95W + 150W solar panels with battery charger/monitor control and covers
5 120V-AC and 2 12V-DC receptacles
Surge protector
Xantrex 1000W PROWatt inverter

Exterior hot/cold shower
High lift heavy duty axle with 15” tires (with spare and cover)

Hello Trish. No, we do not have a bathroom and have never regretted it. The porta-potty lives in the bottom half of the front closet. The horizontal shelf lifts out entirely so the closet can be used as a WC if that is desired. As the ad noted, the trailer has an outside hot/cold shower. Without a black tank to empty, we never had to wait in line to empty it at a dump station.
Cutting out the bathroom gave us more storage in the upper front closet and more light and elbow room inside the trailer.

We love our 17A, "no bathroom, no problem", haha.
I would suggest if you haven't already, this would be very attractive to the Scamp users - I think it would get snapped up fast if you put it in the Scamp facebook group. I'm in that group and would be happy to post a link if you would like.

Dear Small but Sweet - We would like very much for you to post a link to our ad. We do not use Facebook or follow any groups. Thank you for offering, we appreciate it greatly. We don't want to sell our Escape 15 but health issues are forcing us. Thank you again!

Hello,
We are in Portland and quite interested in your little Escape.
I wonder if we could speak on the phone Friday and then come see it soon.
Cash buyers and we know Escapes well!
Thanks,

Hi Henry/Ava
Love your setup. You mentioned that you have had service done in Canada. I live near Vancouver. I know COVID has the borders restricted. Wonder if there is a solution to purchase your rig.

We did have service performed at the Escape factory but that was pre-covid. There are some threads on the forum where folks have used a dealer for the crossing, one saying it cost $300. Unfortunately we cannot give you any personal advice on that matter. Hopefully the border will open soon to make everybody's life easier.

Still available??
Sure you will have plenty of local interest, but clear over in Montana we are interested...Found your ad first on the Escape web site (sent a message there) and now here .THIS forum would only allow owners to reply. What about us would-be owners? So I had to fudge on that part of registration. Forgive me. If still available, how best can we connect? We can't easily run right over to visit.
