You’ve got a great trailer and regardless of what your future plans are, Rita and I wish you all the best. You’ve been my closest Escape neighbor for several years now. Stay in touch and let me know if you need anything. I was at Sutliff yesterday, can’t wait for catfishing this spring and I don’t mean a confidence operation.

Hi Bill, that’s good to know. If you’re lucky like we were, a 21 will cure you. Otherwise, you’re on your own. Been running our dog in the woods at MacBride and then taking the cutoff north of Solon over to Sutliff and then up to Lisbon and home on 30. It’s only gasoline/money.
Yesterday up to Coggon but Buffalo Creek had the gate up. Saw about 30 deer at Pinicon ridge park up by the lodges. No antlered deer in the bunch. Figured they all dropped by now. Then came past corn sweeteners on 30 where I’ve been seeing a big boy all winter and there he was, antlers and all. I want to get out shed hunting after this weather straightens out.
Good luck on selling your 19 and curing the fever.

Appears to be a wonderful trailer and it should sell quickly. One question, can four people sit at the u-shaped dinette?

I have not tried to get four people in the dinette. I think it would be okay. I have a lagun table that can be rotated out of the way to allow everyone to get seated.

Can you tell me the total tow weight of your Escape? Thank you!

I have not weighed the trailer. The base weight is rated at 3,250 pounds. With the options I have, I would be close to that.

The older Escape 19s had a smaller dimension frame than the new ones like this 2018. They were lighter. If you Google “Trailer weights in the real World” you’ll see some of the later entries. up around 3800 lbs. our 2010 was lighter empty than the 2018 and we traveled for a three week trip and it weighed 3740 lbs.

I think you might be a little confused. This is not my trailer but belongs to “Traverson” actual name William, in Mt Vernon. I’d suggest you contact him. Clinton, Mount Vernon, where we live now west of Atkins and where I went to school at Ames, all on the great Lincoln Highway.
Can’t get away from this concrete ribbon of history. Hope it works out for you. Bill and his wife are real fine people.
