For Sale: 2018 Escape 21 - reduced to $38,500

We are the original owners of this Escape 21. It has always been stored under a covered carport. Never lived in. Never smoked in. We live in Southern California. Everything works perfectly. Some of the options it has are:
Air Conditioning
U-Shaped Dinette
Lagun Table Mount
Bathroom Window
Window over the Drawer Stack
Lots of extra USB and 110 Outlets
Zamp Solar Port for portable solar panel.
2 additional outside hatches.
Large Front Storage Box
Oven with 3 burner Stove.
Power Awning
Cable TV hookups.
Foot Flush Toilet
Counter Extension in Dinette area.
Traditional Slide Windows.
The graphics are a silver/grey color. We did not opt for the built in microwave. The cabinet is wired for the microwave. If dry camping we use the cabinet as extra storage. Otherwise we have a small portable microwave that fits perfectly into the cabinet. We don't have a ton of miles on the trailer. Almost all our trips are local in Southern California. We did drive it home from Canada when we bought it. We also took a trip to Texas and Utah. The tires are the original but still have good tread on them. I am replacing the original battery this week. I will post more photos soon.
