After Market Modifications and Maintenance:
The dinette seat bottoms have 2 layers of foam totaling 6 " thick. The bottom layer is 2" of rebound foam, the upper 4" is a firm aircraft quality foam. The seat backs have built in lumbar support on 4" of foam. The cushions were recovered with a 100,000 rub cycle ultrasuede fabric which is also aircraft quality. Valances were also recovered with the same cushion fabric. Color is Sage green.
The forward axle was replaced by Dexter under warranty with an identical axle in 2020.
New MaxxFan circuit board upgraded with conformal weather proofing coating in 2020.
The original Dometic 11,000 BTU A.C. was replaced with a 13,500 BTU Dometic A.C. in 2021.
Goodyear Endurance tires, new 2021, have about 15,000 miles on them.
Improved Suburban 2 burner cooktop replaced in 2022, under Suburban recall. The improved cooktop has stainless steel gas supply tubes, eliminates the breaking aluminum tubes
The sail switch has been replaced. A layer of air filter fabric was placed on the air inlet in the cabin to reduce debris getting caught in the sail switch.
Propane sensor replaced 2022.
New Breakaway switch installed 2022
The wheel bearings have been repacked at least once a year, brakes checked and adjusted at the same time. Last packed Sept 2022. Brakes reported to be in good condition with well over 50% remaining. Maintenance records available and a logbook.
Hot water anodes have been replaced every 2 years, most recently March 2023
The medicine cabinet shelves have clear corner protectors attached so contents do not spill out when cabinet door is opened
80-90% shade fabric curtains for 3 sides of the manual awning
