Model: 2019, 21í Escape Travel Trailer
Completed on 13 February 2019 per the Bill of Sale.

$32,000. USD

Clear title. No liens.
Located in a secured storage facility in Longmont, Colorado.

Plus everything necessary to go camping right now like leveling blocks, wheel chocks, water hoses, tank dumping and flushing supplies, bag/camp chairs, refrigerator thermometer, different electrical hookup adapter plugs, additional 25í electric power cord, pots and pans, silverware, on and on. All I removed from the trailer was personal items. Everything camping related is part of the sale.
NOTE: This sales price will not be reduced if the buyer simply doesn't want or need one or more of these items.

Always stored under fully shaded covered storage.
Waxed twice since I got it.
Wheel bearings packed and brakes adjusted professionally in 12/2019
Very lightly used. Iím not a record keeper but probably less than 4,000 miles towing, less than 90 days use.
No WDH. Didnít use one. Buyer will have to decide what they want based on their tow vehicle. Height adjustable ball mount to keep the trailer level depending on different tow vehicles is included. Buyer will have to provide their own brake controller.
One dog. He doesnít smoke; neither do we.
Fresh water system sanitized two weeks ago.

Curious.........as my TV is limited somewhat.

What does the tongue weight run - ready to camp per the Sherline?

On our most recent trip the tongue weight ready to travel measured 480#
1/3 tank of water. Black/grey empty.
