I just posted this on the Escape FB page: "Update: We’ve accepted an asking price offer with a 10% downpayment from one of our friendly Escape FB Group members. We plan for the sale to close this coming Tuesday evening. If for some unexpected reason the sale falls though, I’ll repost on here.
