Escape 15B. BC, Canada. $30,000.Cdn

We have decided to sell our beloved light-weight 2011 Escape15B trailer, whom we affectionately call Sparky.… a tough decision knowing the 15B’s are rare, sought-after, and a good investment when well-cared for. They are fondly known as the ‘Escape unicorns’ as only 47 were manufactured. This is a beautifully crafted, compact fiberglass trailer from Escape Trailers Industries, a foremost quality manufacturer of long-lasting beautiful fibreglass trailers in North America. Our trailer is excellent condition and can be viewed in Lake Country, BC, Canada.

You too can live into your dream of camping in luxury (sleeps 2), economically and with a smaller footprint. Our 15B is a true dream to tow & maneuver (total dry weight is 1750 lbs) with the added accessory of the Andersen ‘No sway’ weight distribution hitch. Our 6 cylinder Buick Rendezvous pulled it with no problems over BC’s mountain passes. The trailer comes equipped with two new tires purchased in May 2024, a full-size spare tire and cover, two extra winter tires, and the added accessory of a large handy outside storage unit mounted behind the propane tanks.

As second-time owners, we have used Sparky lightly (less than 5000 kms) and are her devoted caretakers. Her exterior is regularly cleaned and waxed with special RV fiberglass cleaning products, the interior always cleaned after each use. We’ve just had the trailer professionally assessed - all systems including propane, fridge, heat, furnace, water, solar, batteries have been given the green light. We have original operating instructions for all appliances/systems. Most of the linoleum flooring has been replaced. We understand from our RV Repair resources that they are now using vinyl planking which has more 'give' in cold weather. One note of concern - the awning will need to be replaced. I have an excellent local RV repair company that is keeping their eyes out for a quality, used 9ft awning.

We feel like we are camping in quality, comfort and luxury with ETI’s extensive quality standard features including oak interior cabinetry, screens on large windows, draw-down pleated shades with valences on all windows, a retractable screen door, an indoor full bathroom including toilet, sink and handheld shower— to name a few.
Our 15B has many other factory-added high quality & beneficial options. Our favourites:
Reliable propane heater with temperature-controlled thermostat for cooler nights.
Maxx 900 cfm roof fan/ air conditioner.
54” bed/dinette for 4. While camping, we love to live and eat outdoors.. our fully screened picnic table shelter (not included) offers the added bonus of leaving the bed intact.
Propane hot water heater and holding tank.
Monitor panel for batteries, fresh (20 gal), grey (26 gal) and black (14 gal) holding tanks.
Stainless steel 2-burner stove with stainless cover & range hood with fan.
Stainless steel sink, chrome faucet, sink cover.
Very efficient 3-way, 3.0 cu. ft. refrigerator- it keeps ice frozen!
5 interior LED lights and one exterior LED porch light.
Interior 12 volt and 120 volt outlets; 120 volt exterior outlet.
TV ready - with flat panel TV mount, 120V outlet, roof-top antenna.
2 exterior bubble levels helpful front-to-back and side-to-side levelling.
Outdoor hot/cold shower with on/off shower head (handy for washing dishes outside).

2 Propane tanks (20lbs each w/ auto-changeover regulator) and cover.
Dual 6V batteries (232 amp hrs).
20' Sewer Hose & Storage.
Receiver hitch for bike rack.

Our beloved Escape 15B sold June 22, 2024. I don't know how to mark it as sold.
