Rick, we live 10 miles south of Abbotsford in Washington. We have a 17A but are not yet ready to sell unless we get a good cash offer. It is in excellent condition. It has thermal windows, double insulation, hot water, outdoor shower, extra access doors, sliding table, 4 LED lights, and a custom cover for the bed mattress that matches the interior upholstery. We have added a number of small improvements such as towel rack and attractive towel and other use hooks. We love this trailer but we need to move up to a 19 for age and mobility reasons.
