Escape 19 for sale, Seattle Area, $22,000

2010 model, one owner and non-smokers, that was carefully used and well maintained and is located near Everett, Washington. We are moving to the Escape 21. This trailer has easily and reliably been used throughout the western states. If interested, please send a PM by clicking on my user name to the left. Please do not ask for a low-ball price, holding the trailer or a contract.

See the photos attached here and in my album.

Highlights:
New pair of 6-volt batteries mounted on front frame
Insulation package (not foamed under the trailer)
Awning
Custom extra deep sink
Custom spice rack above sink
LED lights with extra lighting over sink and over dinette
Additional bookshelf
Exterior shower on the driver’s side
Two 12-volt fans, extra quiet (No AC but is wired for it)
Extra long counter top extension that folds up
Memory foam mattress topper
AM/FM/CD stereo with input for other devices
Maxxfan roof vent
Stainless rail roof racks (could be used to mount a solar panel)
Green colored graphics

Additional 12-volt outlets
12-volt buss bars inside the overhead cabinets at each end for more options
Upgraded structural support to front frame by a professional welder

Recently replaced: galley faucet, water pump, and both roof vents

Could be added by the next owner (we did not need these): microwave, air conditioning, front box, and solar panel

Common to most of the 19’s of this year: tandem axle, electric brakes, dinette makes into another bed, and structural support to add a bunk bed above the dinette. Refrigerator/freezer is 120-volt or propane, propane hot water heater, propane furnace, sliding side windows, roll back screen door, pull down window shades, and bike rack receiver on the back. Tankage: Water-28 gallons, Gray-26 gallons, Black 19 gallons

Do you know if Escape needs to add the A.C. or can any local RV shop do this?

You may be better off asking ETI that question, they reinforce roofs on units made after ?? and pre wire for a/c.

AC Question

Thanks for the question about adding AC. I agree with the first response, that a call to the factory would be best source of information.

When we got our 19, I had a conversation with the production lead employee who told me the this 19 has the electrical wiring in place for AC and the job is straightforward: remove the aft roof vent and drop in the AC unit (with the right sealant and screws and alignment) and connect the wires. The controls would be on the AC unit itself and would not be wall mounted.

Chose the AC unit that is appropriate for this roof, meaning that lighter is better.

Given this description of the work, I was comfortable doing the work myself if we needed AC. But in all of our travels with this great trailer - we did not miss AC. So, to answer your question, I think that any RV shop can do the work. Not taking anything away from the factory, very nice people and have helped me in the past.

Hope this helpful.

Thanks for the responses... I'm one of those people that need a/c, especially at night, once summer gets here.

You might want to ask Escape for the correct tank information for that year. The tank info that you are giving for the fresh and black is for later years.

When I was considering a used 19, ETI told me that AC was a factory install add-on only. Not sure why but would be worth checking with them for sure.

Attached is the brochure for the 2010 19. The tank capacities are
20 gal fresh, 26 gal gray, 19 gal black

This is a beautiful trailer at a fair price. Should go fast.

Thanks again...this trailer and the one just posted, will probably have offers in the next few days, so I will wait for one that has AC already installed...seems like 19's are becoming more available as folks sign up for those 21's...☺️

My 19 Escape has the reinforced roof and wiring required for AC...I was given an estimate of 6 or 7 hundred US to have a new unit put on 2010.

Interior Photos

Here are some interior photos. The interior is in great shape. Custom, extra deep sink, new faucet, new bright LED lights in the galley, additional LED light over the dinette, and great ventilation by the quiet 12 volt fans. The closet has remove-able shelves. Custom book case doubles as a shelf that supported a laptop for watching movies with the sound put through the stereo system.

The trailer has sold. The reputation of these trailers is just great for resale.
