Details:
•Camper is located in Charlotte, NC
•In 2015 we paid $34,770 CAD
•Selling for $30,500 firm.
•Camper is in excellent condition, except for minor gelcoat damage I caused and opted not to fix. Nothing structural, only cosmetic and you would not know it was there without pointing it out.
•Primary use was visiting state parks within the Carolina's. Approx 6 trips per year, total of 11K miles.
•Have maintenance records, not many as the camper is extremely easy and reliable.
•Packed the bearings and replaced both 6V batteries July 2021.
•Extremely well maintained, wax 1-2x per year, dual propane tanks are full, tires are in good shape, covered during long periods not in use.
•Upgraded the mattress to a foam + Tempur-pedic topper, added lights in all upper cabinets, wifi booster, mounted two fans and a few other small mods.

Interior:
•Countertops: Custom Formica (3690-58 Bassalt Slate)
•Custom Fabric: color is navy with white accents

•Air Conditioner (11,000 BTU) Dometic

1/2 the time with a 2015 Toyota Highlander V6 and 1/2 the time with a Lexus GX460. Initially I was concerned if the Highlander could handle the weight, I didn't have any issues and know there are others towing a 21 with a Highlander.

I apologize, I should have put USD. I purchased the camper new in Canada, being based in North Carolina I much prefer USD. $30,500 is USD.
