Escape 5.0 TA
Will travel anywhere to pick it up (gotta be just as short as driving up for a new one in BC!) Looks like I've got over a year to try to get a used one before new ones can be had! PM me if you have one you want to sell.

The way that sales are going, you may have to put in an order now to ensure that you can get a new one a year from now. If you wait a year to order, it could be another year before you get one. Backlogs will likely change some, however, with the increased production coming on stream soon.

Yup, sent an email this AM to get in line, but am also waiting to see what the new style will look like before plunking down the deposit.

I rather doubt that ETI will hold a place in line for you with just an email. That is why they ask for a deposit.

Tammy had also posted elsewhere, when she was explaining how today would work, that they would take phone calls over emails.

Also forgot to say, that when I was up there yesterday, Tammy said the new mold for the 21 isn't due for another month and then 5.0TA will be after that. Don't know how much longer, though.
I was able to transfer my order over from the 2016 to 2017 21' after seeing the photos that Reace had posted. It gave me confidence in how it would look on the other size trailers. Basically imagine the 19 that I posted gobs of photos of yesterday and translate that over to the 5.0. The insides aren't changing that much, although some of the windows will be larger with the new frameless style (such as the bathroom).
But, yeah, your decision! Good luck with it.

Yeah, I know I'm looking at a LONG way out for a new one, and a bit of a wait to even see the new model. So what the heck, might as well try for a used one if someone wants to give one up!

IF I find one, can some of you B&W turnover ball/B&W Companion or Andersen Ultimate folks PM me with some pros and cons of both...already have the turnover ball in my 05 Dodge 2500 (6'4" bed)....seems like those two combinations are the most prevalent with the turnover ball.

May I suggest an alternative? There's a nice Escape 5.0 single-axle for sale over in Pearland. Try it for awhile and if you don't like it, sell it and get your TA. I have seen that trailer--it's a nice one.
