Looking for 21', when you're ready to sell

Hello,
Looking for a 21' and only interested in first generation, since most of our camping will be in the SE needs to have AC as well.

We have a Casita and it works great for us for now but our plan in 3-5 years is more long term camping trips and I know we will enjoy having that extra space so I believe in getting started early especially when the supply is limited. I would buy today, tomorrow or any day in the future, plus travel would be part of the journey so if you are in the US or not that's OK too.
If you know you probably want to sell in next year or so what would be better then already having it sold lets talk about how we could work that out.
