Doug, please allow me to disagree with your inference:
Having a 17A does not mean you have no facilities. Our 17A has a porta-potty , in a cabinet built by ETI specifically for it. Today, we traversed a long mountain grade, and about 230 miles of highway. Our gas stop, included a stop within the trailer, since the gas stop restroom had a line , with 6 foot spacing per person.
