NEVER USED 2021 19’ Escape ~ Customized and Updated for Boondocking

This 2021 19’ Escape has never been used. Unfortunately, due to continuing and worsened health issues, the trailer is being sold.

This trailer was designed and upgraded for full-timing and boondocking. Versatility was also the goal in the upgrade and modification selections. The trailer was heavily customized by Escape- the build sheet document was 4 pages long. Plus, additional upgrades and modifications have been made after purchase.

Some of the boondocking-friendly features include:
  • Body Lift Kit
  • Compressor Fridge
  • Composting Toilet
  • Inverter
  • AC unit installed in microwave cabinet that, on testing, was able to run off the solar/batteries.
  • Solar and Batteries
    • 740 watts of solar panels (Escape installed solar panels = 380 watts; included ZAMP portable solar panels = 360 watts)
    • 4 heated 100 amp Battle Born Batteries (for a total of 400 amps) (installed inside camper- front drivers side bench)
    • 4 ZAMP Solar Ports
    • Victron Battery Monitor (installed next to SeeLevel II Monitor above oven)
    • The goal for these upgrades was to be able to use the AC and fridge together without draining the batteries. When tested on a sunny day and with all the solar panels utilized, the fridge and AC unit were used together while also still allowing the batteries to charge some.

This trailer is located near Indianapolis, IN.

The trailer has never been used/camped in- only hooked up to a campground one day soon after purchase to check everything out (the toilet was not checked). Selling As Is.

$54,000 USD or Best Offer

Please PM me for questions and more info.

After purchase modifications:

  • Upgraded solar and battery bank system- 4 wired ZAMP solar ports, 4 heated 100 amp Battle Born Batteries (batteries are installed inside camper), battery heater switch, and Victron Battery Monitor (system was designed by AM Solar and installed by RV specialists).
  • Microwave cabinet converted with AC unit- includes remote for AC (completed by RV specialists)
  • Bulldog Collar-Lok (2 5/16” ball) (completed by trailer facility)
  • Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Hitch with sway bracket jackets and anti-rattle pads (completed by trailer facility)
  • Tire Valve Stems replaced to metal (completed by trailer facility)
  • Filler Boards for rear dinette. The filler boards may be used for converting the rear dinette into a queen bed. The filler boards may also be used in combination with the 3 custom cushions from Escape to make a 32” bed or lounger- this still allows some seating to be maintained in the rear dinette). The filler boards and extra cushions could also be configured to make a narrow bench or wide bench/narrow lounger in the rear passenger bench area. The filler boards and extra cushions are sized for easier storage.
    • I did want to note that there is only one set of full dinette cushions (the rear dinette cushions). However, the rear cushions are split to allow for the cushions to be used in either the front or rear dinette areas. There is currently a mattress in the front dinette, but there is the option to use the rear dinette cushions in the front dinette should someone want to convert the rear dinette into a permanent bed instead. Additional material was also purchased from Escape should someone desire to make additional cushions- I figured the extra material would be easier to store than the extra already made cushions.

What a lovely trailer for a fair price. I’m sure it will sell quickly.

I’m sorry you haven’t been able to enjoy it and I wish you the very best.

Thank you for your kind words, Steve. Yes, it is very disappointing- especially after all the customizing/upgrades. I’m hoping to find someone else who will be able to enjoy it.

Price reduced!

PRICE REDUCED!

Decreasing price to 52,000 USD or Best Offer

The prices when purchasing directly from Escape have increased significantly since my purchase. I spent over 54,000 USD for the trailer, aftermarket customizations, and the other included items combined- not including the delivery and fees. If purchased directly from Escape today, the trailer alone without the MANY aftermarket customizations and upgrades would cost well over 54,000 USD- not including everything else.

Also, all the additional items that are being included were purchased new for the trailer.
