Agreed Dave, at the very least pick up the phone and call the seller. Why mess with asking questions on the forum. There could be extenuating circumstances and a phone call clears everything up. Probably why the seller listed a phone number, that is the preferred method of contact.

I just spoke with the owner and he confirmed that he has decided not to sell. He wasn't sure how to remove the listing. I offered to post this update for him so that status would be known.
