((SOLD)) 2009 17B - $21,000 (US)

We have decided to sell our Escape 17B. We picked it up 11 months ago with great intentions of use, but have found that one can only do so many things before you run out of time. We have used it very little this summer.

Since we never intended to have more than just the two of us in the trailer, we asked Tammy to special order the one-piece, seven inch mattress, which is very comfortable. The table top is still there, and the hardware, but not used. Instead of a wardrobe closet next to the door, we had Reace install four drawers. We ordered custom counter top material. Bettina also went to a fabric store and got a high-quality upholstery fabric for the front cushions, bedspread, and square pillows. Reace welded a frame on the tongue for an aluminum storage box and attached the gas regulator to it. Nice big storage area! We changed all of the lamps to LEDs, and installed an 18 inch LED light strip over the dinette. We had a number of custom changes like porch lights on all four sides (very nice when setting up in the dark). The list is long, and I will attach photos if someone is interested in buying this trailer. It will include all of the things that we bought for it including equalizer hitch, table ware and vacuum cleaner!

I am glad that got cleared up! I couldn't remember if it was a deluxe or spirit. I was getting worried about loss of short-term and long-term memory.

I am back from visiting grand kids and Bettina is back from Europe, so now we can get the cushions back in trailer, and pull it out of storage to get some photographs. I will post them here along with the equipment we have on it.
