Wanted: Escape 19
Greetings from Pittsburgh, PA.
I am looking for an Escape 19, and am quite flexible regarding installed options.
Must have: air conditioner.
Very nice to have: opening bathroom window.
Nice to have (but I could them them later myself): 2 6-volt batteries, door at end of bench, exterior power cord, winterizing T.
Midwest or east coast sellers will save us gas to pick up the trailer, but any Escape 19 footer in the USA (or Canada) is a potential trailer for us. We are 17 ft. Casita owners and well familiar with fiberglass eggs.
We have cash in hand, and look forward to hearing from sellers.
Best regards,
David Anderson (David Glen)

Welcome Dave, to our Escape family. Have you contacted ETI and asked for a showing, there may be a 19 near you ......

We are not looking to sell but are south of Cleveland and probably live about two hours away from you if you are looking to check one out and see it firsthand.

Thanks for the rapid, helpful advice and hints
Such rapid responses... thank you. We've had a chance to look at two 19's, so we won't be touring any others at this time (thanks for the leads to ETI and from Cleveland area - very helpful).
I sent a PM to Michael in St. Louis area; hope to hear from him.
In the mean time, we are glad to hear from sellers via PM.
Many thanks,
D. Anderson

Pickup trip
Hope you have a great pickup trip out and back. Traveling a couple thousand miles to get your trailer will be a good shakedown for you. We sure enjoyed our 19 and now the 21, and know you will too. Easy does it.

It is my understanding that all Escapes are prewired for air conditioning. Adding AC after purchase could be an option.

I think this became standard at a certain point, but I'm not sure this is true for the earliest Escapes. If someone is buying used it would be prudent to check the build sheet or confirm with Escape. Thankfully for the OP, David, the trailer he bought had an A/C factory installed by ETI in 2016. This is good because the early 19's also have a fiberglass reinforcement that is fitted over the roof to support the A/C.
