Do you use it (and citric acid) and run the mixture through the system, using the pump. Or do you just sanitize the tank?

Until there is no taste of chlorine or rv antifreeze, I place a “Y” at the fresh water fill. (Campground source) I run water from there into my Brita filter. It’s worked for me for 8 years!
