Dual battery enclosure pics

Does anyone who has the dual 6 volt battery enclosure inside the trailer under a bench and vented to the outside have a picture of their setup this is a option we're considering for our soon to be ordered 19 and would like a visual of the setup and space this consumes under the bench as we want to locate our solar controller beside it your pics will be greatly appreciated as well as your opinions thanx for your time , cheers Carol

Hi Carol

Here is a picture of the battery box, I just removed the batteries for the winter, but you can see where they go.
Hope this helps

Re: Dual battery enclosure pics

Is this the spot where the dual 6V are typicallyinstalled or are there other spots they may be installed? What's the best location for them?

If you get the storage box they will be in it on the tongue on the 19' model, on the 17' model they will be on the rear bumper. If you get solar, you may not need dual 6's, I had Reace install a larger 12V to save weight and room and my solar has it charged to 100% by 9 am daily.

Re: Dual battery enclosure pics

This is where mine are located too, just in a slightly different position (more to the left). I think this is a great location, as the access to under the dinette seats is pretty much the most awkward in the trailer, especially it things tend to get stored on the seat, as they do for us. Even if I had of been able to, and did get the storage box, I would be inclined to put them here anyway, and leave the easy access to the storage box for other things.
