Escape battery charger

Question: Do the Escape batteries (2 six-volts) charge when plugged in to 110V WHEN the battery switch is turned to OFF? Using my 12V outlet and a plug-in meter, I am not CERTAIN if they do as it could be 12V voltage from the converter direct to the 12V outlet.

What say you?

The answer is no. When the battery disconnect is off, the only source of charge would be solar if you have it installed.
