exterior shower

Does the exterior shower come with a quick connect. Is it compatible with the hamilton bose flex faucet?

Yes it has a quick disconnect. If your Hamilton Bowes flex faucet has the same specs as this one made for the D&W spray ports/showers then it will work

I ordered the Hamilton Bowes Flex faucet twice now and both leak. The coil hose from Escape does not. It has a different connector than the HB flex. Trying to find that kind of connector. The HB flex connector seems to like an air hose connector while the Escape supplied coil hose has a more straight edge type connector. Trying to find that coil hose type of connector for a 1/2" nibble to setup outdoor kitchen sink with HB flex.

Interesting. I can attest that the flex faucet I linked above does not leak when used in the D&W spray port that Escape provides.

The ones I bought were via Amazon.

Which of the two connectors does yours match with?

I have 2021 E19 trailer and although I did add the second outdoor shower it was purchased from Escape.

Escape just told me the coil hose come as is and that's the only source they have.

Thanks.

I bought my shower and installed it but it is the same one Escape uses. Ours does not leak with the supplied quick connect hose or the flex spout I linked above. The spray port/shower and flex spout are both made by D&W. I know several owners who have bought the flex spout from etrailer and have not had issues. I would try that brand and my bet is your problem is solved.

I'm curious, before I make a third purchase, which of the two connectors does your's look like.
I have to cross the border to both return and purchase so it would really be appreciated, thanks.
On the E-trailer web site it looks the same as the Amazon and it is $42.00 vs $23.00

My flex spout fitting looks the same but there must be subtle differences. My hose end disconnect fitting also looks the same as what you show. They have different profiles but both work without leaking.

I see the price difference. They are different products not the same product with different branding. There must be manufacturing tolerance differences causing your issue that are tough to see in a picture. If you have a D&W Spray Port a safe bet is the Valterra/D&W flex spout PF247011 I linked above.

Still scratching my head.

They are both Hamilton Bowes.

More importantly, don't want to waste another trip across the border to be in the same spot.

Thanks.

The Hamilton Bowes product is obviously not working well. The shower/spray port you bought from Escape is most likely by D&W and the D&W flex spout I linked should work well. I have not had any issues and I'm not aware of anyone who bought the D&W flex spout having issues. That's really all I can offer.
