I believe the recommendation for the SOK is not below 22 below zero to avoid damage from the cold. The BMS stop charging under 32 f. Discharge performance -22 to 140 f. I’ll store mine at nearly 100 % for the winter, 3% discharge per month. By the spring I should still have 85 to 90% soc. Ask your battery manufacturer for soc for storage and temperature limits. It’s been a long time in Ohio since it has gotten to 20 below. I’ll be bring the battery in anyway to charge before I attach my new battery and test my inverter.

the inverter converts 12V DC to 120VAC to run household style appliances like the microwave.

its the CONverter, normally in the power center, that takes 120VAC shore power and charges the battery with ~ 14VDC, as well as running all the DC load stuff in the trailer when you're on shore power.

the 12/2000/80, or the 12/3000/120 ?

those seem more oriented towards solar home systems to me.

Got the temp probe installed. Is there any way to change the app so it reads in Fahrenheit? BMV reads in F, app in C.

Not really
They do have a product called easy solar that has solar controllers built in as well.
There is plenty of documentation out there of Mobile installs of multiplus devices.
Not much different than the xantrex that were popular on this forum awhile ago. However the victron stuff has great integration and monitoring, even if it’s a bit pricey
