Fridge power module 3amp fuse

Wasn't getting any power to the control panel and fridge not working on either electric or propane. Traced to the 3amp on the power module, which was blown. When I replace, there is 12V coming from the power module via the 6-wire harness to the control panel. But as soon as I turn on the control panel, the fridge light comes on for a moment, then the3amp fuse blows...

Any thoughts? Do I need to replace the power module or control panel?

Thanks in advance.

Dinosaur told me to check for shorts in "interior light, thermisor, gas valve, or divider heater." Resistance of thermistor and gas valve is fine. I assume "divider heater" is referring to the heating elements, which are fine. No idea how to check interior light...Can't even figure out how to get the cover off.
