Installed Equipment List

Has anyone compiled a list of manufacturer and model number for the various installed components on current E21 trailers? You know things like inverter, solar controller, surge protector, converter, fridge, range/oven, etc. Have searched forum for such with no success and the options list on ETI website is no help with specifics.

You will receive an instruction booklet for every appliance installed in your unit, it is in your "packet" of paperwork.

I don't know of one and it wouldn't be of much value since manufacturers of the components can change at any time and can change the component specs at any time.

In addition to the package of manuals (which sometimes cover a number of different models of appliances, making it difficult to identify yours), both my Escape trailers had a typed sheet listing the make & model of each major appliance glued to the wall in one of the closets.

Inverter: not positive what they currently use. They have used both Samlex and Go Power in their builds. Someone with this option can hopefully weigh in.

Solar: ETI uses the GoPower GP-160-RV kit the last I heard. If they changed it is still something very similar
https://gpelectric.com/files/gpelect...-80-95-160.pdf

Surge Protector/EMS: Progressive Industries EMS-HW30C
Progressive Industries EMS-HW30C

Converter: All trailers use the WFCO 8955 to my knowledge
https://wfcoelectronics.com/product/wf-8955-55-amp/

Fridge: All Dometic, models can vary

Range/Oven: They were using the Atwood DV20 (2 burner) or DV30 (3 burner), but they were discontinued and they switched to a recessed unit which is stainless steel 2- burner cooktop Suburban SDS2 – RV. For the oven they have been using the Atwood RV1735BBPU. Not sure if this is changing to a Dometic nameplate since they bought Atwood.

Furnace: on newer models they were using Atwood AFSAD12 then they got bought by Dometic so model is now DFSAD12
https://pantherrvproducts.com/dometi...e-furnace-12k/

Hot water heater: Suburban SW6D and if you order the 2-way propane/120V it is the SW6DE

Apparently the branding change has been made:

Inverter Info

Thanks rubicon327 for the info. ETI sent me a PDF version of the manual for the inverter that will be used in our December 7, 2018 E21. Manual says manufacturer: Go Power! powered by carmanah, Pure Sine Wave Inverter; Model # GPSW-1500.

That's strange: it is the model that Escape has used in the past, but the manufacturer currently lists it as "no longer available for purchase".
1500 Watt Pure Sine Wave Inverter
Perhaps ETI still had some in stock.

Suburban has seen corporate changes as well: they are now part of Airxel, but unlike Dometic Airxcel hasn't changed the brand names.

Unfortunately, the "new" recessed SDS2 model (which has been available for at least 10 months) is still not shown on the manufacturer's website.

There are photos...

I believe they (Escape) has run out of them. I have a GP HS-1500 installed in August, 2017, but Mike S, had the GoPower ISW-1500, a newer model, installed in his 5.0 sometime in 2018.

As I mentioned in the same thread, the remote with readouts that works with the newer inverter does not work with the GP HS-1500, and the remote with readouts that works with the older one is no longer available.

That remote works with both the old (GP HS-1500) & new sine wave inverters. It is the ones that include readouts that is specific to the remote model.

Thanks Jon, I am still running the go power GP-PWM-30-UL solar controller but some day will upgrade to Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100/30 and will need the remote.

Inverter Model in new E21

There seems to be uncertainty (at least I am uncertain) as to the model Inverter is now using in current production E21s. Our 21 is due to be completed on December 7th and this morning I received the following message from Linda in Sales in response to my questions about inverter model:
>>>The inverter we are still using is a Go Power GP-HS1500<<<
That would seem to answer the question at least for current production 21s.

That's the one that came with my trailer - but according to Go Power, it is no longer available.

Escape may be still using them but that can't continue for long as supplies dry up.

And it hasn't been available for at least 2 years, so Escape must have a pile of them. Nothing wrong with the inverter - the GoPower tech support individual I talked with told me it was one of his favorites, however if you want the remote with readouts, it is no longer available.
