Victron update with device based history logging...

So, been having issues with the updated Victron Connect app not finishing downloading history... Oops,. The firmware update didn't happen automatically, and wasn't visible on the "product info" screen, it was off the bottom. Found it tonight and both my SmartShunt and SmartSolar needed updating. Duh!

Haven't gotten our trailer yet but it has Victron: SmarShut, MPPT solar controller, DC-DC Charger. I have the connect app on my phone and noticed it's been updated several times over the last couple of weeks. From what your saying, it sounds like firmware updates are done through the connect app?

yes. connect to a device, click the gear on the upper right, Settings, click the ... and select Product Info, scroll to the bottom and there's a firmware update option

I haven't done my DC-DC yet, thats only powered when the trailer is connected to the truck and the truck is running.
