Calgary to Palm Springs
Going to Palm Springs for a few weeks in March, catching a half marathon in Laughlin on the way back, maybe a few hikes into some remote natural hot springs along the way. Any suggestions for campsites, places to see, must stops, etc. along the way?

Quail creek state park is a nice stop. Boondocking only.

also try lake mead natuonal rec area . Also dry camping nice area only 10 bucks a nite.
