First Trip

Hi Folks,
Our 21NE is in production! We are RV newbies. We will be flying from our home in Toronto to collect the trailer. We hope to take delivery early December and store it in Langley BC and return home. Then we plan to drive cross country in February for a family event in Langley, outfit the trailer and start our first trip. In addition, we plan on attending the Rally in the Valley. Here are the questions; should we even start our first trip in late February? Should we head south? How far south should we go? Weekends at campsites along highway 1 between LA and SF look to be booked already. Looking for some sage advice. TIA

A word of warning, try all the systems while at the factory. Today I went to winterize and my pump is dead, we had used hookups on our trip home in May and never thought the pump would not work, my mistake!

I don't guess your E19 has a separate fuse for the pump (our 21 doesn't), but did you look at the wires? Sometimes things come loose with travel.

Hi: cpaharley2008... It really doesn't pay to get "Pumped up" about anything these days. Back in the old days ETI sent me one and asked if I needed someone to put it in!!! I told them no I have two left hands that work. Alf
