Everyone manipulates prices; energy companies, clothing retailers, food retailers, campground owners. Typically, even when retailers claim prices are slashed, they are still making a profit, though somewhat reduced from what they were hoping to realize. If you decide to sell your home, can you honestly say you are not going to try to get more than it is actually worth?

Southeastern Texas - $1.98 for regular unleaded at Pilot on I 10, 5 miles away in Anahuac, TX $2.79. I did see it for $1.78 in Houston, but not easily accessible from the interstate.
