Sumas Pickup - to Ithaca, NY Trip - Guidance

Hello,

On May 3rd we pick up our new 21 NE and begin the journey back to our home in Ithaca, NY.

After we take delivery, we hope to get several hours on the road towards Farragut State Park, Idaho.

Questions/Recommendations,

Any good overnight stay options along that way?

Welcome any other "newbie" recommendations.

It depends on how long you want to take for the return trip. When I picked up my 17 in 2011, I took 111 days to get back to Oswego, NY.

Journals for a number of other cross country trips are linked here, including a 2017 trip to pick up my current trailer, a 2017 21C.

If you (or anyone) are having trouble with the secure links (SSL) I am currently experiencing problems with some of the secure links at my site. I probably will not be able to fix them until I get back to NY in May. Have Escape store the trailer for 3 weeks and pick up around May 24, that is when we pick up and then attend the annual Escape Rally held in Osoyoos, BC for 3-4 days of fun and festivities. It is a leisurely 3-4 hour drive from Chilliwack and with maybe 100 other Escapes in attendance any questions will easily be answered.

Any suggestions for best way to Osoyoos from Sumas,Wa? Appears to be a 4-5 hour drive all within BC?
