Winter Storm Watch

Worked our way down the coast from BC through Washington State, Oregon and then to California. Had to cancel the Sedona leg as we didn’t want to pull the trailer through 20 inches of snow. Easy decision as they closed highway 58 East on me. Arrived last night in Joshua Tree. Snowing hard when we got here. The Tejong Summit on I-5 was heavy snow and had to put the Tundra in 4 wheel drive to get through. Today is sunny and in the upper 40’s. Forecast looks good: warming up!

With all that snow in the desert there will be wildflowers this spring. Be on the lookout.

Hello Mark James.
Glad you are safe in this crazy weather.By the time we will get to Joshua Tree it is suppose to be +23 C, so it is a warming trend happening.Got a little Buddy heater for fast warm up.
Have checked the furnace, it is working properlySnowing in Vancouver right now, but not really cold.Suppose to warm up slowly.
Safe travels.
