So far, all the options proved useful:
Microwave - we don't cook in it but regularly reheat leftovers, milk for kids, etc.
Two-way Hot Water Tank (Propane & 120V) - saves propane for sure when using shore power. We did use gas and electric but not both at the same time and didn't notice that electric heats slower than gas
Foot Flush Toilet - convenient
Exterior Shower (Driver Side) - very useful for rinsing fruits/veggies/crocs/kids
Lithium Ion Battery (100Ah) - can't compare, it just works and maintenance free
Inverter 1500W (Includes transfer switch and all outlets) - useful for microwaving and cooking porridge for breakfast with instant pot
190W Solar Panel with Charge Controller - works great in full sun but not so much in the shade
Zamp Solar Port wired to Regulator - not sure if and when I will use portable solar panel but good to know it would be easy to connect
Electrical Management System with Surge Protector - it does its thing, no errors or warnings so far
Additional Set Rear Upper LED Brake/Signal Lights - a must have when carrying bikes
Window in Kitchen - adds a little light to the work area
Window in Bathroom - absolutely useful, both for ventilation and avoiding claustrophobia, it's also great to look into the window and check others' campsites during #2
Aluminum Rim Package - I guess it just looks nicer
Exterior Access Hatch - absolute must have for setting up trailer
Gaucho Bunk - must have for 4 ppl
Exterior Propane Quick Connect with 12' Propane Hose and Adapter - I bought a 2-burner low pressure grill (Cousinart) and just connected it without any modifications and it just works. Heats up in 5 mins and sausages/burgers are ready in 10-15. Storage is a hassle though b/c that grill only fits inside the trailer.
Storage Box - must have for all the dirty/wet things for setting up the trailer
Exterior 12V/USB Outlet (passenger side, under rear clearance light) - very useful when our tent friends want to charge their phones or inflate something
