Hi Steve. Nice meeting you yesterday. Karen and I ordered a 19 and we're very much looking forward to taking delivery. Would you consider posting a copy of your final build sheet?

It was Steve, right? Now I'm second guessing myself! Maybe Steve is your friend who just got back from Alaska.

Yeah, Steve and Cynthia were the ones I mentioned who have a 19 and just got back from Alaska. My name is Robert. I'll pm you with the build sheet - have two little items to edit.

True Ian, I shouldn't use the word "final". When I said to Reace "well, I just turned in our final build sheet", he just smiled and said "Final? Hmm. Maybe not final." Guess he's been there, done that.

Interesting... does that imply that the MaxxFan supplied as standard equipment is now a standard MaxxFan (without the rain hood)? What is now called "deluxe" was the only version back when I bought mine (8 years ago), and it seems like every ETI photo shows the deluxe fan... and there is no fan mentioned in the 19' option list on the ETI website.

Yes it does Ian. Upholstering on all sides for example. But, it's been specified on previous builds so I guess nobody can claim originality. Your kitchen mod however - that's original.

By the way Ian, when are you taking delivery?

No spray foam. Don't need it here.
Good catch on the outlet - it was on another sheet and didn't transfer.
'Texas Fan' is now part of the ducting/cooling enhacements built-in by ETI.
The Maxx Fan has a hood standard. That's all we need.

Looks like a pretty complete build list. What do the "flip down counters" look like? Any photos? I don't think that I've seen them previously.

I think I meant 'flip up' Ron. They're the standard ones you've seen in photos. The one by the foot of the bed will be 6" only -- just a place to set my cell phone, etc while we sleep.

In no way was I taking credit for anything ... just very cool the similarities in our build., great minds (or is it great wives?)
We are not taking delivery until May, we plan on picking it up on our way to the 2015 Escape Rally in Osoyoos... you know that little event 7 MONTHS from now
Figure it stays warmer and they get less snow in Chilliwack than we do here.

Eek! A long wait. But, your climate makes that understandable. Besides, you've got Buttercup to gawk at while you wait. Poor 'lil me is trailerless. I think we're going to go ahead and take delivery when it's done - in early Feb. I don't think I'll be able to wait much longer than that.

You SHOULD take credit where credit is due. Anyone who's seen a sample of your work knows it's top notch.

The deluxe MaxxFan has a clear see thru smoke top that lets in more light as well as moon at night. In addition it has a remote control for mounting where you want it. It is a $100 upgrade.

Early Feb is the completion date Steve. May do it then, or may wait a few weeks till March.
