Sorry, those were just hypothetical numbers. In any case, 10% is kind of a floor for safe trailer towing, and not every trailer will be completely stable at 10% on the tongue. WDH with sway control will help, but more weight forward also helps on any trailer that seems unstable.

I do not think the "cot ready" option increases weight as it only entails f/g 4 pieces of wood to the interior walls, each about 10"x10" in size..... for the bed rail mounts.

Ok that's great to know. We think our son will like having his own little area to himself from his sister as they get older. However I do wonder how useful the cot will be in the 21NE since it doesn't have much room under it compared to the 19. And also where to store those big poles? Guess we will find out
