A few questions
Has anyone gotten Carmel Graphics? Could you post a photo please?
What are the dimensions of the opening of the microwave cabinet in the 21 (height and width)?
Thanks

The measurements for the microwave are: 21” wide x 11 ½” high x 19” deep per Escape.
Sorta odd. A 0.8 cuft measures 19 3/16" wide x 11" high x 14 13/16" deep. A 1.2 cuft measures 20 11/16" wide x 12 1/4" high x 16 5/16" deep.
The microwave cabinet dimensions are fine except for the height for a 1.2 - I guess I will have to settle for the 0.8.

Thank you tdf-Texas . I plan to store a toaster oven in that cabinet. I thought the height was less than my Casita microwave cabinet and it is. There is just enough clearance to place my awesome toaster oven in there. My Casita just sold and the buyers wanted my oven but I told them if it would fit in the Escape cabinet I wanted to keep it. I am pleased that I do not have to replace it.

I was misled by Escape. The dimensions for the microwave cabinet are:
The Cabinet Opening (Hole): 18 ½” wide x 11 ½” tall
The Actual Cabinet (Cavity): 20 1/8” wide x 12” tall x 23 ¼” deep
sorry,

microwave
Has anyone left the door on the microwave cabinet. I was thinking of putting the microwave in but at times maybe taking it out when not needed. Does the door on the cabinet limit the functionally of the microwave? Also wondering if the microwave door can be opened if the door is still in place on the cabinet?

The microwave is secured in the cabinet by brackets which attach to the cabinet face. No cabinet door possible with that setup. The microwave front is right up to the cabinet opening.

We are keeping the cabinet door and buying a small microwave(700) to fit inside We are having ETI run another wire from battery box to microwave cabinet so we can run microwave on inverter power 2000 watt ? I will have to size up inverter so it works the hair dryer and microwave not together .

We bought a used 17B. There was a cabinet door above the fridge with a mirror face. It opened upwards and surprise, a microwave was in there. To remove it I just had to unscrew one of the door struts. It worked fine. Didnt overheat. But 19 minutes was the max i ever used it. We are mostly off the grid and use the cupboard space more. This year i did put it back in for the rally as there was hookups. It is handy.

Thank you. I might leave the door on the microwave cabinet and put a microwave inside. That gives me the option of taking it out and just using the cabinet
.
