We are putting a 12V and 120V in the bed platform nearest bath to use with a CPAP machine.

There is a standard 120 in the dinette and we are putting another one on the other side. We are also adding 12Vs with USBs on each side. We found that we need outlets on both sides of the dinette for charging items.

There are five standard 120s on a 21': kitchen face, above bed on window side, at dinette and at microwave, and near drawers, I think. There is only one standard 12V, however, which is near the drawers.

As far as I know, that is the case with the opening windows, at least it was at the kitchen. If you want the thermal, you have to get the non-opening. Does anyone know if there are any opening windows that are thermal on Escapes?

If there was, I'd add that in a heartbeat! I've not seen any mention of it in all the posts I've read. I was wondering the same thing.

All my opening windows are thermal/double pane except the small one in the bathroom.

Okay, that is what I was not clear about. So it is only a couple that open that are not thermal with the thermal package. And that would be those awning ones at kitchen and bath. Thank you!

Our opening kitchen window is thermal. The only windows that aren't thermal are the front window (with the rock guard) and the opening bathroom window. To help insulate the front window we close the rock guard at night, and since the bathroom door is closed the bathroom window isn't much of a factor.

That is interesting because I was pretty sure that people used to be told that if they bought the opening kitchen window, it would not be thermal. Someone might have just made a mistake on that and it was thermal.

People get the non opening because it has a better "view", but I like the ventilation. They are both double pane.

And because of your review, we changed our window to one that opens!

We could have used the opening one the whole time we had the 19'. Not to mention one in the bathroom. Did not have that option before. I am sure that bathroom one is good to have, too.

Thanks, Jamie, I thought so.
The only one now not thermal is the little bath awning.

Our bathroom window is not an awning window but an up and down slider.

Yes, they all are. Single pane vertical slider, frosted glass. I don't care for the screen because it gets in the way when I want to pass a hose inside, but no biggie.

I'd asked Crystal at ETI about which windows aren't thermal and she mentioned (for my 2016 19' with kitchen opening and bathroom opening windows) the front one under the rock cover and the one in the door not thermal. All others are.

Yes, that's almost correct. I had forgotten about the door window, which also isn't thermal. The bathroom window isn't either. So, with the 'opening window in bathroom' and 'opening kitchen window' option, and the thermal window package on a 19, there will be 3 that aren't thermal: front window, door window, and bath window.

I'll get this straight one day, Cheryl! They got rid of the bathroom awning window. Now a slider. Got it. Maybe!
So many changes, so little time. Lol

Yup. slider works fine. Who cares if rain gets in the bathroom?
