Has anyone seen any pics of the new 17B?
Just wondering if anyone had seen pics on the forum? Did I miss them? Do any exist?? Sarah said she thought there were some on the forum, but I can't find any.

if they let you inside the new 19...please take pictures if possible
1. inside ceiling area where solar panels mount (rear sides ceiling) to see if there is any signs of additional structural reinforcing of the roof thickness either glassed in wood, fiberglass core material, or embedded metal/other material. Most interested in knowing if only 4 points are reinforced where the legs of the current solar panel mount or if they have added a long reinforcing area maybe a few inches wide running lengthwise front to back but on the rear sides only, essentially where the storage area is in the ceiling passenger and drivers side.
2. inside shell where the awning is mounted to the shell
3. inside shell door frame construction
thank you

Jeff,
Here's the build photo of our 2015 version of the 17, showing two of the bolt locations for the rooftop solar, and the glassed in wood rib next to them, that the overhead cabinets attach to. I can only assume that the new one is similar.

In the original shell design, the inner frame of the door is bonded into the shell after the upper and lower halves are bonded together, but before the whole thing is taken out the of moulds (so that everything is properly aligned). If it is done the same way - and I'm not aware any reason to change - there is no chance of seeing it before the inner frame is added.
It would be interesting to see the new version.

Status of the 2017 17 & 19 footers
I just got a reply from ETI for my questions as to how the progress was going on the 19 and the 17. Some of you may recall I was up there a couple weeks ago and took a ton of photos of the exterior and unfinished interior of the new 2017 19'. (separate post with all those photos and commentary.) I've been wanting to see the inside, but I think I'll wait until the 21' is completed since I'm vending at a Garden Expo in Spokane the 2nd Saturday in May. Anyway, here's what Sarah said:
"The 19’ Display Model has entered production and is scheduled to be completed for approximately May 6th. The 17’ Display Model should be entering production later this week and will be about a week behind the 19’."
I did follow up and ask the status of the 21', but I know it'll be a while before that's ready for viewing and all that.
But, it sounds like they'll have at least 2 new trailers at the rally as I can only assume they'll haul 'em over there for it. It would be silly not to, wouldn't you say?

Secret Squirrel !
Ok, We have arrived in Chilliwack and have our orientation tomorrow. We spoke to Tammy and Christa and got permission to photograph the 17' from the outside only (no inside). They were busy and the 17 was against their bulding and a fence. I was able to get 3 angles. What a beaut! Sorry I couldn't get more detail, but here it is:

Sorry about that, I was standing on my head when I took the picture. Thought it would be fun for you all to turn your devices upside to view. Here's #2:

It's the new epacsE trailer!
Oh darn you fixed it already Donna
The passenger side looks more straight sided (flat) than the driver's side or is it just the picture angles?

It's just the picture angle. I had to wedge in next to the trailer, some pallets of wheels, and the building; and had to do all that while standing on my head and trying to hold Debbie's I-phone steady

Here's a side-by-side comparison of Steve's profile shot (thanks Steve ) with the profile image from the Escape web site, scaled to roughly the same (but not quite matched). In addition to the major new features there are various small tweaks, but I don't see anything unexpected.

I think it's also the reflection of the building in the trailer, which makes the trailer side look (to me) sloped instead of vertical. Tune that out and the actual trailer shape emerges.
