How long until you heard from Escape after order...
Hi all...we put our deposit down on a 5.0 last Thursday. We had to manually enter the pickup month as the site only has Jan, Feb, and March options. (It did say to just type in your month). We put April if they still offer delivery and June otherwise. Haven't gotten any sort of confirmation, contact, etc. to confirm our pickup/delivery month. I'm working on the assumption it will be April for delivery, but not sure. I know it's only been one business day, but I was curious what sort of contact/confirmation to expect from Escape now that we've ordered. When will we get options/build sheet? I know it's not due until three months prior to delivery, but when might we see it?
We. Can't. Wait. Can you tell we're excited
Thanks all,
Jackie and Tony in Indiana

I'm not quite understanding your dating. Did you put in your order on the 20th or 27th. If the 27th of October then I'd expect this Monday. If the 20th I would have expected an email by now. I'd would CALL escape on Monday either way and confirm that they have gotten you deposit. I did mine over the phone, they didn't have online deposits then and I got email confirmation along with my build sheet the next day.
Congratulations, you won't be disappointed with your purchasing an Escape Trailer.

As in all things ETI the phone is your best friend. What other folks have experienced has several variables and there's no guarantee that their experiences will be exactly the same as yours.
A simple phone call will likely answer your questions.

I had an email exchange with Joldie late last week. They are very very busy with a lot of orders, so give them a few days. After I placed my deposit on the web, it took a few days for the standard emails to arrive. And, a couple more after I got a more specific response.
They seem very good. So, you’ll be hear from them soon.

I agree with KAVM. They are very busy and also responsive. I put a deposit in on a Wednesday, hadn’t heard anything by Friday midday so called to confirm they received my deposit and I was in production line. They confirmed all that and said I’d be hearing from sales which I did on Monday with build sheet, completion date and other info.

It was a NY minute from Karl after I emailed ETI's General mailbox- info@Escapetrailer.com asking to be removed from their Ambassador list. I did so as I am not in agreement with their business practices compared to ownership when I bought my 21.
Karl was very gracious and explained why they are now keeping a $2,000 deposit and why they charge U.S. customers in Dollars vs. Loonies as was always the case with Reace & Tammy. While I understand his position I still don't agree with it. As I said he was very gracious and followed up my reply questions and stated should I change my mind they would add me back on their list. That was professional.
