Add us to the list of satisfied owners. If all goes according to plan, we will have 5k miles on our 5.0 in less than 5 months. No complaints. The only issues we have had are a bad shower valve set, replaced by ETI and the infamous Dometic sail switch. ETA and their product of exceeded our expectations many times over.
In all of my years, I have come to realize that former owners, employees, etc, rarely have anything nice to say about new owners, employees, etc.

Maybe I’m nitpicking but 30 years is a bit disingenuous. Reace had a travel trailer rental company, Economy Travel Trailer Rentals, that started in 1993 but Escape Trailer Industries was not formed until 2002. The first Escape trailer (a 17) was produced in 2003.

I thought the first trailer was a 13, then the 15, I’m sure the 17 came in 2005. We had a 200717B.

Your timing and model sequence is off. The first trailer which was a 17 was produced in 2003. The 13’ didn’t come until 2009 and the 15’ until 2010.

We saw an advertisment in the free paper Buy and Sell.It was in the fall of 2004.
Called and went out the next morning and ordered the 17 footer. The only one being built.
Planned for delivery in January 2005.Production number was #35.

Not sure where else to put this, but we were just watching a YouTube video on visiting Yellowstone (the channel is called Dirt In My Shoes) and up popped a commercial for Escape Trailers. First time we’ve seen Escape advertise like this. Doing what they need to during this RV downturn. Just found it interesting.

I been regularly receiving Escape YouTube ads for the last few months. It's not surprising that they started to appear about the same time that I started surfing/watching quite a bit of RV content in the weeks leading up to the delivery of my trailer,
Given the volume of RV content on YouTube (seemingly second only to cat videos), I imagine that it is an effective advertising strategy for ETI.....

Comparison
We picked up our 21NE in Sumas this week last year. I literally just did a line for line comparison with all options to "build" a new 2023 21NE with same specs. It's $11,000 more this year for the same camper. That's a 28% increase over what we paid. That said, we LOVE our Escape and are so glad we got it when we did. We hope to hold onto it for many years to come (not quite retired yet and still have a kid in high school...)
Hope to meet more Escape owners in our travels!
