Time for a pie or a cobbler. Ever fry a pilsbury biscuit in hot oil and then put
Cherry pie filling in the center and sprinkle with powdered sugar? Not bad.

Peach cobbler in a Dutch oven on the open fire...takes me back to camp many years ago.

Say, that makes me wonder...poutine in a Dutch oven?

You brought it up!

Disgusting, like, Scrapple disgusting? Bud Light and Clamato disgusting? I mean, it’s poutine, right? Even if Dutch oven poutine did turn out to be a flop, it’s still poutine. As in, even the worst pizza is still pizza. Throw some pepper flakes and Parmesan on it and all is well!

Does anyone really wonder why only a small percentage of Escape owners participate in this Forum?

Nope.
I do wonder why some want to keep gnashing their teeth and chewing a topic beyond it's expiry.

When posters are done with a subject, they tend to stray off topic. You can always bring them back, if you have something to offer.

Poor cellular service while boondocking? Ineffective cellular booster implementations? Time better spent fishing, or clamming, or sunset-watching? Distracted by a good book, or the latest edition of The National Inquirer? So many reasons.

We get a lot of peaches from Georgia in the upper Midwest . South Caroline not so much so those must go up the Eastern Seaboard. Colorado’s are good some years. California Peaches are picked pretty green for shipping and don’t ripen very well and don’t seem to get sweet. We grow some peaches in Iowa but they are zone 5-9 as a general rule so winters like 2018-2019 wipe them out if there’s not a micro-climate effect of some kind, where they are grown.
Forum member Tonny from Arkansas ( good peaches there too) made the best peach cobbler I ever ate at the displaced Mississippi River Rally at Scott County Park a few years ago. He used a Lodge 10 inch oven and I believe charcoal for a heat source
Ahh Mame, Georgia never had a sweater peach.
Best apricots I ever had I bought in Grangeville Idaho at a farmer’s market and the second best in the Farmer’s market in Salt Lake City the week I was out there when my daughter got her PhD’s
Horticulture 101 for today.
Have a great day, I gotta make a run to the landfill for my son.

Not really. I know a lot of Escape owners that just don't do a lot of online forum type stuff, and there are a lot I have met who are members here but prefer not to post unless there was an emergency type situation.

Emergency

A real emergency is the fact that the Colorado peaches from Palisade have been replaced by grapes.
Azjack, I paid many school expenses picking those fuzzy little devils. Now we have to drink the wine.

I read 4 forums, all of them have a pretty small group who post on a fairly regular basis. Even the biggest of them, Bogleheads, has at the moment 560 people online, 68 registered users, and 477 guests. Of the 68 users, probably less then a couple dozen actually post regularly.
At this time we have 172 people on line, only 23 are registered. Roughly the same percentages.

Interesting, as I also read four-five forums including the two you mention.

That's not an emergency, Jack, that's a crisis!
My Mom n Dad drove from Denver every year for Peach harvest. Mom swore you could freeze them whole for later in the year, but that's a different story.

A quick Google shows lots agree with your mom.

Tried freezing whole bananas the other day for smoothies, should have peeled them first.

I bought a used Escape. I emailed Escape to ask if all of the recalls were satisfied. Had a couple other questions. Never so much as an acknowledgment of my email. I don’t recommend Escape to anyone who asks.

I certainly hope that you do not rely upon a lack of an email response for forming an opinion on something? Try emailing a government agency. Followup with a phone call or do it the old fashioned way, write a letter. Then report back.
